He was predeceased by: his father Joseph O'Dell Barker, Sr. (Those). He is survived by: his mother Edna Blackburn Clark; his stepfather Clayton Clark; and his daughter Vicky Sheppard. He is also survived by five brothers, four sisters and several other relatives.
