She was predeceased by: her mother Catherine Harrell. She is survived by: her daughter Milissa Vess McNeil (Robert) of Morganton; her brother Jerry Harrell of Lenoir; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Joseph, Tina, Victoria and Caleb. She is also survived by her 10 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at 2979 Playmore Beach Rd, Morganton, NC 28655.
