She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Triplett and June Guinn Triplett; her husband Paul Hawkins; and her brother Mike Triplett. She is survived by: her siblings, Timm Triplett (Johnna), Pat Triplett and Shawn Triplett Pennell. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.
