She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Campbell and Norma Campbell; her sister Carol Ann Guinn; and her parents-in-law, Gerald and Sylvia Potter.

She is survived by: her husband Gary; her sons, Jason Potter (Misty) and Josh Potter (Wendi); her grandchildren, Jackson, Jase, Macy, Jake and Jep; her brother Scott; her siblings-in-law, Cindy Potter and John Guinn; her nephews, Johnathan Guinn, Ty Potter and Zack Potter; and her sisters, Lori Dugger, Beverly Guy and Michelle Browne.

The family respectfully requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital in Lisa's memory.
