She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Muir and Alec Muir; and her brother Billy Muir. She is survived by: her husband Frank Walker Hooper; her children, Angela Fry (Steve), Mark Ferns of Arkansas, Brian Hooper (Kristi) and Daniel Hooper (Somer); her grandchildren, Malisa Hooper, Malinda Hooper, Jessie Hooper and Mercedes Setzer; her niece Karen Muir of Scotland; and her friend Jackie Hooper.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Foothills Canine Rescue formerly Pet Partners Rescue of Caldwell County, 220 Joyceton Church Road, Lenoir, NC 28645, in memory of Lorraine.
