She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde P. Badger and Pauline Simmons Badger; her husband Kelsey Ray Webb; her siblings, Hattie Bolick, Mildred "Mickey" Gragg, Bill Badger and Guy Badger; and her great grandchild Joseph Hedrick.

She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Webb and Robert Webb; her brother Michael Badger; her grandchildren, Morgan Sigmon, Donnie Webb, Kelsey Webb, Hope Webb and Nicholas Webb; and her great grandchildren, Jaden Sigmon, Oaklee Sigmon and Keaton Hedrick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
