Michael leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Michael’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He is survived by: his mother Lee "Christine" Shelton; his sister Kim "Sissy" Gragg (Tommy Gragg); his nieces, Macey Patton (Michael Patton) and Maura King (Nathan King); and his great-nephews, Masten Patton and Gatlin King.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Whitnel First Baptist Church Cemetery (1201 Connelly Springs Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Todd's memory to Amorem Hospice and Palliative Care of Hudson, whose compassionate care provided comfort during his final days. Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
