She was predeceased by: her parents, C. V. Setzer and Mabel Setzer; her son Charles Jason Finley; her husband Alvin Z. Webb; and her siblings, Carroll V. Setzer, Sr. and Judy Setzer Spencer.
She is survived by: her son Clarence Joey Finley (Debbie); her grandchildren, Caitlin Finley, Connor Finley, Dalton Webb, Dylan Webb, Dakota Webb, Dustin Webb, Ryan Hall and Brandi Hall; her siblings, Larry "Butchie" Setzer, Sr. (Janice), Mitchell Setzer, Sr. (Kandra) and Rita S. Roper (Randy); and her sister-in-law Nancy Setzer Wallace (Guy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Nazareth Advent Christian Church (3221 Deerbrook Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
