She was predeceased by: her parents, James Williams and Alma Williams; her husband James Herald; and her sons, James Isaac Herald and Jesse James Herald.

She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas "Dink" Williams (Joan), Danny Williams (Trina), Carolyn "PeeWee" Williams "Granny Cow", Theresa Chapman (Larry), Sandy Oakes, Ann Williams and Carolyn Polk (Dwight); and her stepchildren, Carla, Robbin and Willie.
