He is survived by: his wife Doris Coffey Hawkins; his sister Bonnie Coffey (Ronald); his children, Cynthia Chapman (Todd), Todd Hawkins (Kelly), Denise Spencer (Dennis) and Tonya Hawkins; his grandchildren, Dustin Chapman (Teresa), Travis Chapman (Katie), Kylee Hawkins (Colby Collins), Jessica Patton (Tim), Shane Spencer (Heather), Johnathan Hawkins (Grace) and Taylor Farley (Daniel); his great grandchildren, Trystin, Dalton, Josiah, Jedidiah, Joanna Chapman, Cole Quigley, Hadley, Thomas Patton, Easton, Lane, Amos Spencer and Paisley Ann Hawkins; and his grandsons, Kameron Hawkins, Tim Patton, Colby Collins and Daniel Farley.
