She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Vines and Myrtle Chandler Vines; her husband Fred H. Greene; and her sister Sandra Vines. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Greene (Wanda) and Cynthia Blake (James); her siblings, Ted Vines (Janice), Mildred Greene, Mabel Jenkins (John) and Mavis Staton (Leonard); her grandchildren, Benjamin Blake (Angela) and Ashley Hudson (TJ); and her great grandchildren, Trevor, Nathan and Jacob Hudson.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mulberry Baptist Church Cemetery (6029 Mulberry Creek Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645).
