He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Spaeth. He is survived by: his mother Katherine Spaeth; his daughters, Elizabeth Benfield (Lee) and Jennifer Spaeth (Gary); his grandchildren, Darren, Riann, Damon, Gavin, Noah, Logan and Kaida; and his siblings, Terry Melaney (Mike), Jack Spaeth, Mary Loduha (Tom), Karen Wilde (Tom), Donna Scharfenberg (Don), Andy Spaeth (Janice) and Pete (Sheila). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Regner Park Community Center (1225 Park Ave, Goldsboro, NC 27530).
