He was predeceased by : his parents, Thurman "Roscoe" Fox and Virginia Polly Smith Fox. He is survived by : his stepmother Teresa Brindle of Morganton; his fiancée Ellen "Sissy" Garrison of Newton; and his cousins, Linda Caldwell Huffman (Duane) of Newton, Vickie Caldwell Kirby and Clay of Florida.
