She is survived by: her husband Mark Hartzog; her brother Marvin Howell (Dwain Driver); her siblings-in-law, Michael Hartzog and Deborah Howell; her niece Lara Cash (Jimmy); and her nephews, Montana Hartzog, Austin Hartzog, Grandin Howell (Shanee) and Hunter Hartzog. She is also survived by three great nieces and two great nephews.
