With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry Lee Childers of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on January 4, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Horace Childers, Jr. and Gladys "Pauline" Childers; and his brother Michael Childers. He is survived by : his wife Joyce B. Childers; his daughter Carrie Helton (Bobby); his stepchildren, Jennifer Childers (Timothy) and David Webb; his stepgrandchildren, Amber Simmons, Chelsea Simmons, Trevor Simmons and Cristen Webb; his stepgreat-grandchildren, William Marshall, Sophia Marshall and Marley Hurst; and his siblings, Timothy Childers (Jennifer) and Robin Hollis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
