He is survived by: his wife Debra Causby; his daughter Rosalind Causby Kelley (Dwight); his siblings, Ralph Jr. Causby (Pansey), Joe Mack Causby (Sandy), Steve Richard Causby (Betty), Mark Douglas Causby (Patti), Mabel Laney, Donna Elaine Coffey, Rita Gail Livingston (Jack), Connie Dean Allison (Donnie) and Joanie Kay Sanders; his sisters-in-law, Renee Causby and Sandra Causby; and his grandson Shane Dugan Kelley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Yadkin Valley Baptist Church (4135 Steeltown Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645). A memorial service was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
