With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Hatley (Lenoir, North Carolina), who passed away on November 28, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Bowlin and Jane Bowlin; and her great grandchild Kinsley Church. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandson.
