She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayno Joshua (Duncan) and Adam Joshua (Curtis); her stepfather Ralph Benfield; and her siblings, Carroll Curtis and Anita Watson.

She is survived by: her son Chad Mullis (Melinda); her grandson Jaxon Mullis; and her sister Michelle McAllister (Ron).
