She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Helton and Mary Helton; and her siblings, Joyce Reinhold, Margaret Hatley and Clarence Helton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathi Hoyle (Ted Staton) of Lenoir and Jeanna Berry (Darryle Ziegler) of Cary; her grandchildren, Peyton Hoyle of Lenoir and Dallas Berry (Caroline) of Locust Grove, VA; her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Dollar of Charlotte, Julia Nelson of Maryville, CA, Lance Reinhold, Joseph and Chris Helton; and her great-nephew Jason Dollar.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pendry's Lenoir Funeral Home (522 Wilkesboro Blvd NE, Lenoir, NC 28645). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Pendry's Lenoir Funeral Home (522 Wilkesboro Blvd NE, Lenoir, NC 28645).
