She was predeceased by: her father David Linville Bell; her sister Norma Bell Perry; and her son-in-law James Christopher Sweet. She is survived by: her children, Richard Serge, Jr. and Cindy Sweet; her grandchildren, David Serge, Zach Serge and CJ Sweet; her sister Roslyn Bell Ford; her niece Chelli Perry Langdon (Brad); her nephew David Ford (Malinda); Eddie Mabe. She is also survived by great-nieces and great-nephews; and Cindy's special partner.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel (6685 Shallowford Rd, Lewisville, NC 27023).
In lieu of flowers, live plants and perennials are welcome in preparation for a Memorial Garden on the family property.
