He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gary Collins and Bonnie Golden Collins; his wife Samantha Collins; his sons, Jackson and Conrad Collins; his brother Andy Collins (Shannon); his nephews, Justin and Gray Collins; his niece Avery Collins; and his aunt Carolyn Collins Simmons.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel (6685 Shallowford Rd, Lewisville, NC 27023). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
