Cox of Lewisville; her daughters, Laura Cox Price (TJ) of Winston-Salem, NC and Julie Cox Piner (Neil) of Winston-Salem, NC; her sisters, Catherine Jacob of Cincinnati, OH and Carol Riffle (Greg) of Concord, OH; and her grandchildren, Ella Price, Jacob Piner and Colin Price. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
