She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vaughn and Fleta Burrow Vaughn; her husband James Gough; and her grandson Mitch Gough. She is survived by: her children, Janet Seats (Hal), Lynn Gough (Rodney Horne) and Danny Gough (Joann); her grandchildren, Phillip Seats (Jennifer), Catherine Eddleman (Mickey), Randall Pitts (Andrea), Brittany Mote (Casey), Dana Myers (Matt) and Jeff Gough; and her brother George Vaughn (June). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hayworth-Miller Lewisville Chapel (6685 Shallowford Rd, Lewisville, NC 27023). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Union United Methodist Church (8935 Shallowford Rd, Lewisville, NC 27023).
