It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitchell Mathor Smith Sr. (Lewisville, North Carolina), who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Janet V. Smith; and his children, Mitchell Mathor Smith, Jr. (Rita), Mickie Bunch, Mindy Luck (Joe) and Melanie McCarthy (Amy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
