He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lyon and Vivian Lyon; his siblings, Ed Keys and Joni Thornton; his son-in-law Bobby Spencer; and his nephew John Gibson.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Price Lyon; his great grandchildren, Taylor Spencer (Morgan), Brycen and Marlie; his grandchildren, Garrett Spencer (Jordan), Emerson, Finley, Sam Spencer (Abigail), Dawson, Cameron Shelley, Sierra Shelley (Dylan) and Xavier; and his sister Mary Mcleod (Clark). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
