She was loved and cherished by many people including: her friend Anna; her parents, James Sexton and Nettie Sexton; her sons, Michael and Jamie Campbell; her siblings, David Sexton, Connie Sexton and Carolyn Nicholas; her husband Roger Hill; her son Johnny Campbell; her stepdaughters, Tammy Coggins (Chris) and Tina Stanton (Jonathan); her sisters, Dorothy Crotts (Danny) and Donna Colley (Clark); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Diana, Morgan, Patrick, Jake, Katelyn, Katie, Austin and Colton; and her pet Jake. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Piedmont Funeral Home – Timberlake Chapel (405 S Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
