He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Pluto Shoaf and Lois Pope Shoaf. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Rivers Shoaf. He is also survived by three children, five stepchildren, nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, an aunt, eight cousins and several nieces and nephews.
