She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl "Jack" Carter and Velma Wagner Carter; her brothers, Frank and Duane Carter; and her son-in-law David Reynolds.

She is survived by: her husband Allen; her children, Donna Neill Reynolds and Jeffrey Allen Neill (Traci); her grandchildren, Jared Robbins (Courtney), Bradley Reynolds (Jordan), Lauren Robbins, Sebastian Warth (Samantha), John Reynolds (Maria), Tanna Robbins, Neill Reynolds (Molly), Nicole Avery (Ferraud), Payton Neill and Makenzi Neill; and her great grandchildren, Lindley Robbins, Winnie Reynolds, Talon Robbins, Adalay Warth, Alaina Avery, Aubree Moore-Robbins, Luna Warth, Everly Robbins, Jordan Byland, Kai Avery, David Reynolds, Arden Warth, Benjamin Reynolds and Sylvia Reynolds. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
