She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence James Harris and Josie Luella Yates Harris; her brothers, Wade, Bailey and Gray Harris; and her grandchildren, Ashley Hudson and Alex Gallimore.

She is survived by: her children, Jenny Garvin of Greensboro, Susan Boston (Tammara) of Thomasville, Glenn Gallimore of Thomasville, Tom Gallimore (Cindy) of Thomasville and Todd Gallimore (Darla) of Lexington; her sister Maxine Surratt; and her grandchildren, Stacy, Shea, Kylin, Derrick, Sean, Zachery, Morgan, Madison and MacKenzie. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
