We are sad to announce that, on December 4, 2022, at the age of 99, Barbara Rowley Wiggins of Lexington, North Carolina, born in Everett, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn I. Rowley and Ruth Gerber Rowley; her husband George D. Wiggins; her sister Peggy Lane; and her great grandchild B. J. Upton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathee Hoovler of Cross City, FL, Glenna Wiggins of Wadesboro, NC, Jann Holcombe of Temple Terrance, FL, Susan Lloyd (Vernon) of Lexington, NC, Wendy Galloway (Bill) of Johnson City, TN and Mary Fralix (Joseph) of Gibsonville, NC. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
