Smith (Lexington) of High Point, NC; his grandchildren, Emma Grace Burks and Drew Patrick Smith of High Point; his niece Shannon Burks Sweeney (Andrew); and his great-nieces, Kayla of Jacksonville, FL. and Margaret Sweeney of Jacksonville, FL..
