He was predeceased by: his stepfather David Monroe Kennedy; and his mother Margaret Allen Kennedy. He is survived by: his brother Chad Munn; his aunt Mary Helms; and his stepbrothers, Joseph Williams (Lori) and Jonathan Kennedy (Karla).
