She was predeceased by: her father Carl Cleveland; and her husband E. L. Green. She is survived by: her children, Harold Glenn Punturi, Jr. and Glenna Dianne Punturi (Daniel Eric Dority) of Lexington; her siblings, Carl Myers (Irene), Donnie Myers (Doris) of Larry Myers, T. W, Dwight Myers (Marcie) of Lexington, Ricky Myers (Allison) of Lexington, Margie Myers "Penny" of Welcome and Ruby Harris of Browns Summit; and her grandchildren, Bradley Cooper (Holly), Matthew Punturi and Christin Nichole Punturi (Shavar Page). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
