We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Betty Ward of Lexington, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Wayne Burchett and Edith Durham Burchett; her husband Jerry Lee Ward, Sr.; her grandson Jeremy; and her siblings, Sam, Jimmy, Brenda, Judy and Mildred.

She is survived by : her children, Dudley Wayne Trotter (Donna) of Lexington, Rachel Cable (Terry Koontz) of Lexington and Tammy Hunt (Scott) of Lexington; her sister Debbie Hinson (Butch); her grandchildren, Allen, Joshua, Brittney, Douglas, Brandy and Gene; and her pet Patches. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Hospice or True Light Baptist Church.
