He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Gray Moss and Betty Peele Moss; and his brother Joe Moss. He is survived by: his wife Donna Owen Moss; his children, Steven Simmons of Lexington, Sheena Cook (Todd) of Lexington, Tonya Simmons of Lexington, Chastity Lilly of Virginia, Penny Wallace of Candor and Bridget Lynn Stegenga (Derek) of Randleman; and his siblings, Bobby Moss of Trinity and Sue Reynolds of Tennessee. He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the New Heights Baptist Church (5082 Meadowbrook Dr, Trinity, NC 27370). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 1069 Louya Rd, Lexington, NC 27292.
