He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Silas Perrell and Stamie York Perrell. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Huffman Perrell; his sons, Billy Joe (Tonia) of Inman, SC and Keith (Rosalie) of Winston Salem; his granddaughters, Meredith Phillips (Johnson) of Lexington and Rebecca Semones (Curtis) of Pfafftown; and his brothers, York Perrell of Mocksville, Johnny (Ruth) of Sierra Vista, AZ and Mike (Vickie) of Welcome. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
