He is survived by: his mother Viola Anderson Burgess; his daughter Tanisha Sweet (Vincent); and his siblings, David Blakely of Lexington, LaTanya Blakely McCoy (Jay) of Winston-Salem and Myra White Kincaid (Antoine) of Columbus, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, love ones and friends.
