He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Agusta Weaver and Nell Biesecker Weaver; his wife Lorraine Garner Weaver; and his sisters, Nancy Winston and Frances Bruff.
He is survived by: his children, Perry Lloyd Weaver and Tia Nobles (Terry) of Lexington; his grandchild Chrissie Daniel Weaver; and his great grandchildren, Xavier Spivey and Jewel Spivey.
