He is survived by: his wife Susan Diane Murray Lothridge; his daughters, Nikki Rayfield (Jerry), Misti Money (Drew) and Robin Myers (David); and his grandchildren, Gates Lothridge, Madison Cook, Karson Money, Karisa Money, Scarlett Myers and Ambria Myers.
