He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee Surratt and Margaret Phelps Surratt; and his wife Mickey Sue Biddix Surratt. He is survived by: his son Eric Surratt (Amy); his grandchild Maty Catherine Corrado (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Crew and Fisher. He is also survived by one of eleven brothers & sisters.
