He is survived by: his son Terry "Tree" Leonard (Kathy); his granddaughter Dawn Walker; his great grandchild Rebecca Walker; his grandson Josh Leonard (Kati); his great grandchild Briella; his grandson Jacob Strass (Michelle); his great grandchild Henry; his grandson Shilo Strass (Stacie); his great grandchild Libby Jane; and his siblings, Rodney Leonard, Reba Michael, Shirley Garrison and Judy Michael.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County.
