She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bivens and Oleta Bean Bivens; and her siblings, Jerry, David Bivens, Martha Berrier, Ruth Hughes and Linda Meadows.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Vinson and Tammy Athey; her grandchildren, Holly Weeks, Jeremy Swing, Stacy Johnson and Summer Punturi; her great grandchildren, Kaitlin Meier, Blake Vinson, Emma Marks, Trevor Richardson, Robert Vinson, Taylor Swing and Charleigh Couch; her pet Annie; and her friend Duckie.
