It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Lafayette Call of Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Vestal Call and Ethel Winters Call; his wife Marilyn Everhart Call; and his siblings, Vestal, Frank Call, Ollie Mae Koontz, Irene Hicks and Rebecca Curry.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Wayne Call, Pamela Fry (Chris) and Janice Hartley (Patrick); his grandchildren, Kenneth Call, Steven Call, Ryan Hartley, Noah Hartley, Jordan Fry, Casey Fry and Ethan Fry; and his brothers, Foster and Charles Call (Anoree Stout). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cecil's memory to Hospice of Davidson County or Cancer Services of Davidson County.
