She is survived by: her children, Jason Hemphill and Stacy Hemphill of Lexington; her grandchildren, Kyler, Karter, Brelle, Amelia and Jasper; her half-sister Julie Dykes of Julian, NC; and her friend Debbie Craver (Kermit) of Lexington.
