Clayton Eugene Swicegood Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clayton Eugene Swicegood of Lexington, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 14, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Zula Elizabeth Swicegood Grubb; and his wife Pegge. He is survived by: his children, Joan Harris of Lexington, Amy Hartman of Lexington, Lori of Lexington and Randy Blevins of Lexington; his grandchildren, Jordan Harris (Amanda), Bill Brooks (Becky) and Matt Harris (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Lillian, Joseph, Emma, Hannah, Shelby, Hattie and Calvin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, "adopted family" and special friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel Church of Lexington (1400 Mt Carmel Church Rd, Lexington, NC 27295).
