He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clifton Hoffman and Lillian Elizabeth Hoffman (Sidden); and his daughter Sherry Hoffman Sink. He is survived by: his wife Lois Hoffman; his children, Gina Quinn (Scott) and Jonathan Hoffman (Melissa); his siblings, Rick Hoffman and Emily Hanes; his grandchildren, Bryan Owens (Amanda), Amber Allison (William), Cody Sink, Kassie Tobin, Mikayla, Madison Sink and Waylon Hoffman; and his great grandchildren, McKenna, Montana Cummings, Ben, Eli, Daniel Allison, Avery Owens and Ellie Allison.
