She was predeceased by: her parents, Yates H. B. Davis and Jackie Sane Davis; and her former husband Donald Wayne Frank. She is survived by: her husband Nathan Daniel Boone; her children, Dr. Phillip Frank (Shanna Frank) and Wendy Grubb (Rusty Grubb); her siblings, Randy Mike Davis (Ronda), Suzanne Nelson (Steven) and Patricia Elaine Hass (Carl); and her grandchildren, Tyler Grubb, Logan Grubb and Sydney Frank (Christy).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Baldrick's Foundation or the Davidson County Animal Shelter.
