With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Jean Humphrey of Lexington, North Carolina, who passed away on December 20, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Randall Stamey and Betty Jo Stamey; her son Timothy Smith; her granddaughters, Aliyah Jordan Garris and Sara Jo Wood; her great grandchild Carter Burham; and her close friend Lou Spry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Garris (Brandon) of Lexington and Angela Smith of Lexington; her siblings, Jamie Duncan (Mike) of Lexington, Ricky Downing (Ginger) of Rocky Mount and Randy Stamey of Lexington; her grandchildren, Kortney Smith, Sebastian Smith, Carson Bacon, Raelynn Powell and Allie Harding; her great grandchild Mariah Smith; and her pet CoCo. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
