He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Roy Hill and Elsie Shoaf Hill; his wife Carrie Bell Hill; and his siblings, Clarence Hill, Ralph Hill, Leo Hill and Marie Hill Lanier (Betty Hill Hege).
He is survived by: his sons, Rick Hill (Tracy) and Keith Hill (Amy); and his brother Archie Hill. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
