She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry McDuffie and Dora Lee Miles McDuffie; her husband Eddie Hunter; and her children, Kimberly Hunter and Darwin McDuffie.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis McDuffie (Angela) and Angie McDuffie Fate; her adoptive children, Jacques Hunter, Jasmine Hunter and Jacqueline Hunter; her siblings, Henry McDuffie, Tommy McDuffie and Gladys Thornton (Robert); and her daughter-in-law Cynthia McDuffie. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
